As an ecommerce business owner, one of the most crucial things I am constantly seeking is to increase the conversions on my store. After some searching, I came across the ReConvert Upsell & Cross Sell app on Shopify.
ReConvert Upsell & Cross Sell, launched in September 2018, is an app designed to maximize the profit of every sale by offering post-purchase upsell and discounted upsells on the checkout and thank you pages of a store. The app’s features are tailored to help businesses grow their average order value (AOV) and hit new sales records.
One of the things that drew me to this app was the ease of use. It features a drag and drop interface that allows store owners to easily build and manage their checkout upsell strategy.
Trying it out on my Shopify store
In my specific scenario, I sell natural cosmetics, and one of our best sellers are the natural soap packs. These packs are a hit among our customers, but I saw an opportunity for upselling. By using ReConvert, I was able to suggest complementary products like natural body lotions and organic face masks to customers who added a soap pack to their cart.
